Keystone product
Keystone Provision
Planned A statement of direction. Not designed in detail.
A planned product for the identity lifecycle of joiners, movers and leavers.
Keystone Provision is the name of a planned product for the identity lifecycle: joiners, movers and leavers. This page is a statement of direction, not a description of software. Nothing is built, and there is no date and no price.
The intent
What Keystone Provision is meant to do.
This is the intent, not a description of software. Nothing on this page has been built.
-
Joiners, movers and leavers
When someone joins, changes role or school, or leaves, their accounts should follow. A leaver whose access is never withdrawn is the risk this product is meant to address.
-
Identity lifecycle
The intent is one account of where each person stands in the organisation, from the day they join to the day they leave. How that will work has not been designed.
-
Directory integration, in future
The direction includes working with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Active Directory in future. No such integration exists today.
What we can tell you today
- It is planned. A statement of direction. Not designed in detail.
- It is intended to run on Keystone Platform. Every Keystone product runs on the same shared Platform, and the Platform comes with every product.
- What it is for, in outline. That is the section above, and it is all we publish.
- Nothing is built. No part of Keystone Provision exists as software today, including any connection to another system.
What we cannot tell you yet
- Scope. What it will and will not include. It has not been designed in detail, so there is no feature list.
- Date. When it will exist. We promise no date for anything that is planned.
- Price. What it will cost. No price is published for Keystone Provision.
