The product family
One family of products. One Platform underneath.
Keystone is designed as a family of products for schools and multi-academy trusts. KeystoneIT, an IT service desk, is the first. The others are planned, and this page says so.
Keystone Platform
The part every product shares.
Every Keystone product runs on the same shared Platform: one identity, one organisation, one audit foundation. It comes with every product. It is never a separate purchase.
-
One identity
Accounts and sign-in belong to the Platform, so each product does not keep its own.
-
One organisation
Your Trust and its schools are described once, along with who has access to what, school by school or centrally.
-
One audit foundation
A record of who did what, where and with what result, kept the same way by every product.
The Platform foundation exists today. It has no administration screens yet: managing people, roles and schools is planned.
Products
Every product, with its status.
Each product carries a status badge. The badge is the claim: nothing planned is described as built.

In development
KeystoneIT
The IT service desk built for schools and multi-academy trusts.
KeystoneIT is a service desk for a Trust's IT team: a portal where staff ask for help, a workspace where the team works requests, and service targets that run on the Trust's own opening hours. It is the first Keystone product.
Evaluation build in independent engineering review.
-
Planned
KeystoneHR
A planned product for a Trust's record of staff employment.
KeystoneHR is a planned product in the Keystone family. It is intended to be a Trust's record of staff employment. It has not been designed yet, so there is no feature list, nothing to try, no date and no price.
Not designed yet.
-
Planned
Keystone Provision
A planned product for the identity lifecycle of joiners, movers and leavers.
Keystone Provision is the name of a planned product for the identity lifecycle: joiners, movers and leavers. This page is a statement of direction, not a description of software. Nothing is built, and there is no date and no price.
A statement of direction. Not designed in detail.
Status words
What each status means.
The site uses a small, fixed set of words for how real something is. They mean the same thing on every page.
