These terms are about this website, keystoneops.education. They are not the terms on which Keystone software is licensed. Those will be in the licence agreement, which has not been published yet.
Who we are
This website is run by Alresford Systems Ltd. Its registered details are at the foot of this page. The contact page says how to reach us.
What this site is for
The site describes Keystone, a family of software products for UK schools and multi-academy trusts, and lets you work out a licence price. It is written for people who work for, or buy for, a school, a trust or another education organisation.
KeystoneIT is in development and has not been released. Every capability on the site carries a status that says how real it is, and the page called What exists today lists them all. Please read the site with those statuses in mind.
We take care that the site is accurate. It is information, not advice, and it is not a contractual commitment.
Prices and quotes
Prices exclude VAT. The published price list and the rules behind it are on the pricing page.
A quote produced on this site is for planning and budgeting. It is not an order, and we will tell you when ordering opens. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
A quote shows the date it was worked out and the date it is valid until, 30 days later. It states the rules it was issued under, and it is never recalculated.
A quote is opened with a private link. Anyone you give the link to can read the quote. We may withdraw a quote’s link, for example if the quote was made in error or its link has reached someone it should not have. A withdrawn quote can no longer be opened.
The licensing summary describes the commercial model. It is a summary. The licence agreement will be the binding document.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share the pages of this site.
Please do not misuse it. Do not try to disrupt it, to reach parts of it that are not public, or to use it to send anything unlawful. If you want to look into its security, read how to report a vulnerability first.
The forms are for getting in touch with us about Keystone. Please do not use them to send information about pupils or about other people.
